Yes we all are. We were all born equipped with the skills, talents, and tools to carry us throughout life. That's what I have been doing. Always in constant pursuit of excellence, I spend my time looking for opportunities to further develop my greatness!

My Story
God built, but Memphis, Tennessee bred, I am a proud Memphian on a mission to help connect people with themselves and others. Raised in South Memphis and growing up as a twin, I’ve always valued the strength of community and the power of shared experiences. My journey has been shaped by these roots and a deep-seated belief in the potential of every individual.

As the founder and CEO of The Greater You Leadership Series and Women Leaders Walk the Talk, my mission is clear: to empower and inspire leaders like you to unlock your full potential. My career has taken me from leading organizational transformations as Chief Procurement Officer for Shelby County Government, where I managed $1.1 billion in goods and services, to making strategic impacts at Memphis Light Gas and Water Division and FedEx Services. As a firm believer in service, I have shared my time, talents, and skills with a diverse range of local, state, and national councils and boards to support their organizational missions and goals.

Beyond the boardroom, I’m passionate about innovation and personal growth. I’m also an international bestselling author and award-winning speaker. My books, "31 Days of Confidence: Engage Your Core and Leadership" and "Enough Time" explore the human spirit and helps create avenues to recenter and focus on the strengths of our greatness and sharpen the areas sometimes left unattended. As an award-winning screenwriter, I write fictional and nonfictional stories that define the ability for resiliency and growth.

As I gain wisdom, I know our voice is one of the most important tools we will ever have and I love opportunities to speak to small and large crowds to help motivate and transform others. I have been able to speak to prominent audiences on stages like the John F Kennedy Center for Performing Arts and train teams for agencies with the United Nations.
